No matter where you are located we can provide quick and efficient remote support for your server and network. For those times we need to come out we can visit you in the Perth metro area, or anywhere in Western Australia.
We support all Microsoft server and workstation products, a wide range of hardware, server and networking equipment as well as mobile and tablet devices, and most other software.
Remote support is charged in 15 minute intervals, onsite support requires a call out fee (depending on location) and a minimum of one hour.
